Mortal Kombat : Annihilation screencaptures

High Impact's webmaster sent in screencaptures of Tony Jaa as Robin Shou stunt double in Mortal Kombat : Annihilation. The movie was shot in Thailand in 1997. You can also read a Ong-Bak's review on the same website.

According to Play.com, the UK DVD of Tom Yum Goong (Warrior King) is due for release 16th October 2006. We'll give you the bonus list when it'll be available. Tom Yum Goong's US release 19-06-2006

The US release of Tom Yum Goong "The Protector" has now been scheduled for 10 November 2006 (official date). The Weinstein Company owns the North American rights.

 

 
 
French Tom Yum Goong DVD to be released on 18 august 2006 18-06-2006

The french Tom Yum Goong (L'Honneur du Dragon) DVD will be released on 18 august. The DVD includes french and thai languages as well as several bonus (same bonus than the official Thai DVD). More infos later about how to buy the dvd.

 

 
 
Lau Kar-Leung wants Tony Jaa in Heroes of Shaolin 17-06-2006

From Prweb.com : "Legendary Martial Arts Director Lau Kar-Leung (Liu Chia-Liang) has begun working on what he has referred to as his greatest work. Targeted for production early to mid 2007 Heroes of Shaolin may prove to be the greatest martial arts film of all time. (...) Other cast considerations and talks include Zhang Ziyi, (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Hero, Memoirs of a Geisha) Chow Yun-Fat (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Bullet Proof Monk), Donny Yen (Hero) and Tony Jaa (Ong Bak). “Heroes of Shaolin” is in pre-production stages and is targeted to begin filming mid 2007."

Some news about Tony Jaa's new film : Ong-Bak 2 is definitely Tony's next project. He's currently somewhere in Thailand preparing the film. Tony Jaa has developed a new style specially for the film which is a combination of both Thai classical dance called Khon and Muay Thai.

The two Ching Roi Ching Laan TV shows 2002 and 2003 (aka Gang 3 Cha) are now available to buy on Ethaicd.com who created a special package with those two VCDs. Thanks!
