Totally off topic... does anybody know if Ryuhei Kitamura's Godzilla film has been released yet?

I liked it too. Maybe a little cartoonish, but quite entertaining, Oh yeah, she's totally hot. Zatoichi (2003) is my fav! LOVE IT!

Yeah Azumi is a classic. Good cast, great directing and very interesting characters. I think the cartoonish feel is great for it. And Azumi 2 is also very good, directed by Shusuke Kaneko.
Yes Kitamura's Godzilla Final Wars came out. It was decent..entertaining yet cheesy. Shusuke Kaneko's GMK (the 2001 Godzilla film) was much better, definitly the best since Godzilla vs. the Thing (1964), and maybe even since the original Gojira (1954). If you watch any of the new Godzilla films, watch GMK (Godzilla-Mothra-King ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack).
