Can anyone confirm if the Korean DVD release of Tom Yum Goong is uncut? Already confirmed that the Thai version is uncut, however the Hong Kong version was censored.

There are lots of sites that talk about the "long Asian version", but they also refer to the Hong Kong version which was censored. Has anybody actually bought the Thai DVD, then also bought the Korean for the English subtitles and compared the two cuts? If the Korean release is uncut like the Thai DVD, I think this would be the best version on the market so far.

According to dvdunited.co.uk .....
UPDATE - An uncut English subbed DVD of Tom Yum Goong is available on a Korean released DVD. Grab it quick before they 'do a Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon' and take the subs off of the next batch!
Be good to have a consumer's second confirmation but this looks pretty good.

Hello, New here and first post, and a Fan Of Tony Jaa, wow amazing guy.
Anyway, I got my Korean Tom Yum Goong DVD today, I watched it and wow, it is a long film, and Tony just Saves it all for the end, with good reason lol, its sad too.
But question of others with this dvd, are the subtitles in some parts out of the screen?, or does my TV just s@ck?

I'll admit I was nervous of that site when I saw it, but then I realised its basically the same layout of Amazon thats selling this DVD.
Is it the same company or something? *Is a little bit nervous about online buying*

yesasia.com is a reputable retailer. they're NOT just an internet scam company. be confident when buying from them. i have spent a lot of money buying from them and have never had a problem.

Have read another post some where that also mention this, but another person had no problems, maybe you might want to check your DVD settings?

Thanks for the pics. It's just the front of the outer sleeve that's a bit dodgy the rest looks pretty awesome.

Thanks for the confirmation Anurak. I had no doubt about the company, it being linked here, I am just naturally a nervous person when it comes to this sorta thing.
By the way, I never noticed on the site...is this DVD spoken in Thai with Korean or English Subs? Or is it in Korean with english subs?
