Is it me or since several days there is a connection problem on the forum ? Each time I come back to the forum i'm logged out. The problem is I didn't change the configuration !
Does someone else has this problem ?

Umm..so do I. I am wondering why the forum do not recognize me as it used to do when I enter.
I also have a problem of language encoding when entering the gallery.

All of the alphabets turn out to be Martian language.

But everytime I solve the problem by changing the encoding into Thai language. I can read those words in the gallery in Thai language!, and those words are all correct formal Thai.

I like it that way, but still got the problem of that style of Martian language before I change its encoding.
However, if those problems cannot be solved according to somewhat configuration it has to be, I think that it doesn't bother me much.

Yeah I've noticed that I had to log in manually since days ago. When entering the forums, my username and password were still saved and it only took a click to log in. But still I always have to log in manually instead of being on my username automatically like before.

I never had that logged out problem, but it sounds like it had something to do with cookies. If you disabled cookies you will have to log in everytime to come to the site.

I had no problem before (just since 3/4 days) and i didn't change my cookies configuration. That's why I don't understand what's going on

Ok, I might have something here, Sawatdee and the rest who have problem, are you using Internet Explorer? And Anurak, who don't have the problem, are you using Firefox? (like me)

I think I found the problem : I've installed a new stats tracker several days ago and it probably makes us loggin out. I've deleted it so let's hope everything will be ok now. Everything seems to be working fine for me. Just let me know if someone still has the problem.

Guess I'm wrong. There used to be a cookies problem with IE and Invision board on a forum I used to moderate. So this is not the case.

Forget what I said, I still have the problem

IE problem was a good guess though... because IE is evil.
i'm most confused about why some people are affected and others are not.

I think you should find a pattern on this. Cookie handling is not done on the server. All that is done is a recommended cookie is sent to the end-user and their browser handles it as they see fit. It depends on how it is setup. If they are using a browser that supports P3P policies such as IE 6, your cookies could be denied if they are using default settings and you don't have a proper P3P policy in place for your site. Some companies ban cookies to pass through their proxies outright. There are many variables involved so in order to track it down you will have to work with the members to find out information.
Oh my god, I'm a geek! <_<

Hi Nova, your cookie quess was as good as mine.
I use Firefox with apple computer. I haven't had any problem with auto log-in.
I just bought a MacBook Pro laptop yesterday and installing Firefox. I like it over Safari.
I'll do some test on my end. Kelly uses both my old Mac comp and her DELL laptop for the forum.
She hasn't had any problems (yet).

Okay.

Now I can be recognized as it used to be when coming back to the forum.

This problem finally slipped away. Yeah!..
