Jon Foo is a new name in the movie business, but he gained immediate fame as he is a member of the Jackie Chan Stunt Team working with them in the movie: The Myth.

Jon himself speaks various languages, studied drama, and trained at the Yi Dao Wushu Martial Arts School. Besides martial arts, Jon is also a skilled gymnast and has trained in wirework.

In TYG:making of, they discussed about how John Foo got his role in this movie.

Prachya said that John and his friends visited them at shooting location and tried to give their skill presentation. John was outstanding among his friends, so they decided to add a role for him in the film.

Many guys like John and Ron Smoonberg (I think I spell his last name wrong) came directly from their country to Thailand just because they wanted to give a try-out. I really admire their intention.
