I see the germany version and i have to say that the movie was excellent! I come from québec (canada) and i will see the french version, so does that mean that the movie will be called "le protecteur". I can't wait to see it!

The poster doesn't look too bad, and the trailer makes it look so exciting. Damn! it just makes me want to see it again, even though I have the VCD Thai Version . I probably would go see it in theaters, since I'm from the US. I'll go just to support PANOM YEERUM TONY JAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do they always change the soundtrack for US releases of asian movies?

In my oppinion they totally destroy the feeling of the movies when they do such things :S

So is the movie going to be dubbed? Sure it was in english but not really english you could understand all the time. Especially Petchtai, lol ^^

I'm not sure if they will change the soundtrack... For the french (and international) version they kept the original music so maybe the RZA will only create a special song for the promotion.

The Protector eh. did a lil research on theatres around my area it ain't gonna show or probly well hoping it'll show some other time.

I have the thai dvd but i know i will be in line to see this again . The only thing i don't agree with is the changing of the soundtrack for the u.s. release. Then again i guess thats why some of us buy the original versions so its no big deal i guess .
