A while back, the release date for Warrior King was given as 27 November 2006. But on this website, it is listed as October 16th, which was it's very original date. Which one is correct? I hope it's October because I can't wait so long for it!

I thought it was too good to be true. Looks like it's now November 20th.

according to the Contender Entertainment Group website (they're the UK distributors), they will be releasing the DVD on 16 October. maybe they haven't updated their website recently? anyway, it's either 16 Oct or 20 Nov.

Well October 30th would mean only a 3 month wait from when it came out in the cinema so it's actually a pretty quick release. I'm sure Premier Asia will do a brilliant job with the special features like they did with Ong-Bak.

The release date for "Warrior King" is next month on the 30th. Spirited Warrior also comes out on the same day.

The Warrior King DVD seems to be a bit light on extras. What happened to the 'Making of' featurette?

After Bey Logan and Brian White left Hong Kong Legends and Premier Asia seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Compare the trailer between Ong Bak and Warrior King and you'll see a massive different in the effort they put into it. They seem to be putting less effort into their releases now.

When does the SoundTrack for this Film come out?


The music in the credits is the best i really want that music.

Hey, my Warrior King DVD arrived today - two days before it's officially out! I ordered it from Play.com. I've only tried the 2nd disc yet but it seems pretty good. The menus are nice with lots of action in the window in the corner. Can't wait to watch the film tonight!
