ok but on ong bak doesn't make that exacly.
on the scene ting kiks just a flying knee; he doesn't jump on the leg of big bear.
it's not really a -Hanuman Kham Longka that scene, isnt'it?

in the move as described at muaythai.com, you don't have to climb up on the opponent's leg. according to that website, you jump over the incoming kick and strike the opponent's head with your knee, while both your hands press down on one of your opponent's shoulder. this helps you elevate high enough to deliver the knee to the head. tony didn't do that part in the movie, but he didn't have to. he got high enough just jumping.
according to another website, the move where you jump onto the opponent's leg and then hit with the knee, it is called "Hanuman Wern Weha" (i don't know what it means).
many schools have different names for the same moves, and many schools have different mae mai & luk mai moves. most schools have 15 of each, but some schools have more and some have less. the names of moves can be different for everyone, but they mostly are the same.
i hope this was not too confusing!

in the movie, the man selling cigarettes definitely says "Hanuman Kham Longka" and i'm pretty sure that they did not make a mistake regarding what move ting does.
also, i think the reason that the move he does is "Hanuman Kham Longka" instead of "Ngoo Lai Tookkae" (which it also resembles) is because ngoo lai tookkae is a forward rising knee strike, and hanuman kham longka is more like a lateral knee strike. it comes over the opponent's shoulder and strikes from the side.

Hanuman ==> Ramayana ==> India
Monkey King ==> Journy to the West ==> China
Hanuman is not a king. He is a monkey general of the army of Rama.
