I can't change my avatar. I went to go change it but it doesn't change, the old one stays there. I even removed the avatar and tried to put the other avatar on and it still went back to the old one. It doesn't make sence at all, it's a completely different file.

Well I can see your avatar as changed. It was just a cookie problem

Oh, yes. I wasn't able to see it myself but I can now. I was uploading the picture from my computer, but I now hosted it on imageshack and I can see it now. K, thanks.
